This Week's AI Winners Were Selling the Layer Around the Product

At first glance, this week’s rankings look like a random mix. Look closer and the products are dealing with the less glamorous parts of building: getting paid, finding customers, reviewing code, and keeping AI tools on track.
Product Hunt: The business layer is becoming the AI stack
Product Hunt’s top five from September 14 to 20 were tiun., CREEM 2.0, Ami AI, Naoma AI Demo Agent V2, and Voiskey.
The list leans toward the work around a product. tiun. bundles authentication, payments, billing, customer data, and analytics. CREEM 2.0 handles global sales, taxes, payouts, revenue sharing, and usage billing. Ami AI finds prospects and plans outreach. Naoma AI Demo Agent V2 runs product demos, qualifies leads, and books meetings. Voiskey turns rough ideas into ready-to-send text.
tiun. and CREEM 2.0: Same market, different roles
tiun.’s practical advantage for Indie Hackers is its coverage beyond Stripe-supported markets. According to tiun.’s maker in the Product Hunt discussion, businesses from 39 countries can join the platform and sell to customers in 64 countries.
That may let an independent developer test global sales without first incorporating in a Stripe-supported country. Access still depends on the supported business location, KYC, tax, and payment-compliance requirements.
CREEM used a clear launch-day incentive. People who registered and completed onboarding that day could process their first 10,000 USD in transaction volume with 0% fees. The same offer advertised 0% fees on affiliate-related sales for life. Approval could follow later.
The launch comments reinforced the offer. When a user asked how difficult the setup was for a first-time product launch, several replies called it simple. CREEM got to demonstrate its accessibility in public, before a new user even tried the product.
GitHub: This week’s breakout projects make AI coding more reliable
The weekly list was led by alibaba/open-code-review, which ranked first and gained more than 15K stars in one week. affaan-m/ECC, bilawalsidhu/gods-eye-view, blader/humanizer, and ayghri/i-have-adhd also stayed on the trending list for several consecutive weeks.
OpenCodeReview keeps deterministic steps in the review process and leaves contextual judgment to an agent. The result is a more predictable review process with lower token use, a useful fit for enterprise teams.
Affaan Mustafa, the developer of Everything Claude Code (ECC), won an Anthropic hackathon. That gives the project a strong credibility signal tied to Anthropic’s developer community.
ECC’s README.md covers the positioning, user pain, two-minute setup, Skills, Agents, Hooks, Memory, security scanning, and support for multiple coding tools. The project packages those pieces into a system for planning, coding, testing, review, and security.
