Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EPIC Connector platform (the "Platform"), operated by Epic Connector, Singapore ("Epic Connector", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must meet the minimum age required by your local law to consent to data processing; if you are a minor, you may use the Platform only with verifiable consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; impersonate any person or entity; infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; scrape or disrupt the Platform; or violate any applicable law or regulation. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (projects, posts, comments, profile information). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate the Platform. Content you submit to event walls may be visible to other participants and, where an event is public, to visitors.
4. Events and Third-Party Platforms
Event information on the Platform may be synced from organisers' calendars (e.g. Luma). Registration for such events may occur on the third-party platform, whose own terms and privacy policy then apply — we do not receive attendee data collected there.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, design and branding are the property of Epic Connector or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via the Platform (your data will be archived for a limited window and then irreversibly anonymised — see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Connector is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the Platform and, where required, will re-request your consent at your next login. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
